We source the highest quality pork locally to ensure the most succulent meat and plenty of crisp crackling every time.

These options require a minimum number of 100 guests to go the ‘whole hog’. If your numbers are lower than this we can offer slow roasted pork shoulders, pulled and served with the same accompaniments.
