Main Course
Guinea fowl with bacon and black currants on sautéed Savoy cabbage with potato rosti
Oven roasted Cod on a bed of smoked bacon and lentils with a creamy cheddar sauce 
Cannelloni with squash, ricotta and pine nut stuffing, warm winter salad and a nutmeg & cream sauce (v)

Dessert
Sticky toffee pudding with a hot fudge sauce
Fire glazed poached pear filled with Manchago and a glass of Muscat
Sunken chocolate mousse cake with an Earl gray ganache
